Sanitizing

The state of Michigan now requires air duct cleaners to hold a pesticide license, applicators to be certified, & products used to be registered with the state.  Dalton's is in compliance with these state requirements.  Dalton Environmental Cleaning license# 810070

Sanitizing is a treatment that can be done to clean ductwork & is especially beneficial to allergy & respiratory sufferers. Mold, mildew, & bacteria are found everywhere in our environment. We can inhibit the growth of mold, mildew, & bacteria inside the ducts by fogging an agent into the system after the cleaning. The sanitizing process will also deodorize which is an added benefit for homes with pets or smokers.

Dalton Environmental uses only EPA registered sanitizing agents that are specifically designed for use in HVAC systems. The agents used are safe for occupants & are unscented. MSDS (material,safety, data sheet) available upon request.
